Frogworks LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this Limited Lifetime Warranty (“Warranty”) to the original purchaser (“you”) of any Froggy Party game product purchased directly from froggyparty.com or an authorized retailer.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.

1. What This Warranty Covers

We warrant that your Froggy Party game will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

A “manufacturing defect” means a flaw in the game’s production—such as misprints, missing cards, or structural issues—present at the time of manufacture or appearing later due solely to defective materials or workmanship.

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage, spills, stains, or liquid exposure

• Bending, tearing, or rough handling

• Loss of pieces

• Damage caused by children, pets, or misuse
  

• Damage from improper storage, extreme temperatures, or moisture

• Third-party modifications

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

We reserve the right to determine whether reported issues qualify as a manufacturing defect.

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a Warranty claim, please complete contact us using this form.

You will need to provide:

• The name and contact information for the order 
  

• A description of the defect

• Clear photos of the issue

We may request additional information to evaluate the claim.

4. Our Responsibility

If we confirm that your product has a manufacturing defect covered by this Warranty, we will, at our option:

• Replace the defective component,
  or

• Replace the entire game with the same model or a comparable model if the original is unavailable.

Replacement is limited to one (1) lifetime replacement per purchased game.

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Limitations

• This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

• This Warranty is non-transferable.

• Replacement under this Warranty does not renew or extend the Warranty period.

• Shipping costs for returned products (if required) may be the responsibility of the customer.

• We may require return of the defective product before providing replacement, at our discretion.

Some states do not allow limitations on warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

6. Changes to This Warranty

We may update or modify this Warranty from time to time. Any revisions will apply to products purchased after the effective date of the updated policy. For existing customers, the version of the Warranty in effect on the date of purchase will apply.
