Refund policy

We want you to love your game! If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy to fix.

Damaged or defective items
If your game arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@froggyparty.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Change of mind
Unopened games in their original shrink wrap may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us with your order number for instructions. You must also include a photo of the unopened game. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Opened games
Because our games are shrink wrapped, we cannot accept returns of opened or used games. Thank you for understanding.
